hellooooo!
im updating after soo long!
hee
its a new beginning
i have deleted the post on the east coast run
its too horrible terrible vegetable!

i will start updating on trgs after oac

5th MARCH
MONDAY
it was post oac holiday!
but we had trg in the aft cause the rest of the ppl had sch!
muahahha

we went BISHAN at 2.45pm
i ate very oily fried rice for lunch
i think my grandmother getting old then cannot see properly
or maybe she thought she havent put oil then put twice
x)

we did 5 times of 800m
we started at 200m line though
pace was supposed to be 3:15mins to 3:30mins
100m -24secs [credits to adel :)]

i though the first round was very fast!
too fast.
for me i know i cant start fast if not
ill just drop dead and die as the run progresses
however for the first run i heard mr tay saying
if we carried on this pace we wouldnt clock good timings so i accelerated
and ended up with a 3.02mins -too too fast
i slowed down tremendously for the rest of the runs
lousy start!
i was much too jerky and bouncy and everything other than keeping steady for the runs
maybe it was because of fatique i dint run like water at all
not smooth
my arms crept higher too!
