just for records

monday 29 jan
we had new sec1s today
we did 6 rounds jogging route excluding track
rest time was 1 min jog ard basketball court
run wasnt smooth

wednesday 31 jan
we went east coast park
we went to try out the route
it was a windy day
i managed to keep up with dhar and zahrah to catch up with adel and then jedidah
zahrah hadnt really recovered
take care!
i dont think we were supposed to stop and rest
but i dint hear properly so i stopped
in the end we rested a while before proceeding to run the remaining 1.6km
run was alright
last part zahrah and adel started accelerating but i felt it wasnt time
i think im the kind that cant start too fast
so i took my time and overtook them the last part
run was alright

thurs we had the same "garden" run
mr tay was really fast
i tried to keep up
then he ask me to carry on cause i was too fast
haha actually he was the one too fast for me

saturday 3feb
morning race 8am
it was our first biathlon at ngee ann poly
i was teamed with may na!
was abit presssured cause i knew may swam well
indeed she came up first and i went off first
the whole route i had noone to pace me front or back
i was afraid initially
however things went alright and i think it was a pb for that race
13.37mins if im not wrong
i think for me having nobody there to pace me isnt a problem
because i dont feel how fast im running and might do a better timing
we did a great job may!
we arent swimmers but we still got 4th!
the swimmers timing were good but our runners timing was much better!
its okay we did justice to ourselves!
yay we make a good team(:

monday 5 feb
we did 3k run for my group it was take-it-easy
at first i kinda wondered hard why mr chan always asks us to take it easy but i think i know why.. i think
we also did biometrics
- standing broad jumps 10 x 3
- jump over the benches beside tennis court x 5
- skip one leg zig zag for 20m x 3
our legs ached
