training on weds at macritchie!
1445-1700hrs

i think i slept 7 hrs!

it was raining by the time we warmed up and everything!
so we took shelter at the toilet
*its surprising how many ppl the toilet can store!
after it stopped raining
we did our 4.3km time trial
from the lower carpark back to the lower carpark
my time was 19.24

just after it rained we started raining so it was muddy wet and slippery in there!
there were puddles of disgusting muddy water everywhere
at first we all tried to avoid the puddles
if i was a passerby it would be funny to see us all
swerving left and right
in the end we felt that it was too troublesome and ended up all getting dirty
me and debbie were the dirtiest :/

slope was better today
i dint walk and perservered on!
i must swing my arms
when we hit the highway
i strayed from zahrah
gotta keep up!!!
