training on friday in school!
15oo-1700hrs
actually it was at bishan but mr tay changed the venue

i had porkfloss bread for breakfast
the bread was better cause it held the porkfloss in place (:
recess i had rice with khangkong
and some fish thing
and fish burger for lunch
oh no i think i eat too much!

anyway..
schedule was to take out ten power hurdles and do some exercise
first was both legs jump and hold the half squart position
second was both legs jump all the way w/o stopping
and lastly one leg jump
all five times
however the last exercise we did not complete
i hope may and chloe are both fine!
and not to forget grace ng whose socks are too tight (:

last exercise was replaced by 20 mins
long staircase running

it was fun doing the run as i started late and got to overtake ppl
haha
the jumpings were scary esp the last one
i really hope chloes fine!
i got to learn how to treat a wound !
of course not professionally haha
