training 5th january on friday
in school

training 1430-17hrs
i think i ate fish fillet bread in the morn
but i ate terribly spicy nasi brani!!
very very spicy i almost melted!!
i think i smoked from my ears ((:

schedule was 5mins warm up
then jog to "garden"
by short cut
where i got my shoe soaked in mud!!
i washed it!

this is the last time
i promise!
haha

we ran the route that produced champions!
first round we ran wrongly it was 5 mins plus
we then jogged back and started running the right route

one round abt 800m
rest time 3 mins
timing was from 4.11mins- 4.29mins
for rest of the 4 rounds

for the last run
we ran opposite way
timing was faster though

training was kinda fun
its the kind that when u run
youre very tired
but after youre done it feels goooodd

i need to watch my shoulders as usual
and im happy i could at least stay behind zahrah
till last round!
i sprinted too early
and when i realised im still far from finishing line i died haha
i felt i pushed beyond my comfort zone and reached the level that its not so tough anymore
like what mr tay said after u push over that
"thing" everything starts to be easy
overall i think it was a good tough training
