its first day of school today!!
and todays training is first training of the year!!

it so doesnt feel like a
NEW YEAR
boo!
hahah

anyway training today was at macritchie
at 1430hrs
the bus took suuper long to come
and we were almost melting away..
i ate 2 slices of pandan cake
and a cup of milo
and i got terrible diarrhoea!
its the real kind!
hahaha
i slept 51/2 hrs
it felt like i just slept 30mins!!
haha

we did a 4.2km run
from lower carpark back to lower carpark
timing - 20.08mins
half a min slower than zahrah

i felt that i breathed very heavily
although we dint really start very fast
i need to swing properly and land flatter!
my arms go too high
and i tend to tip toe
right..
i felt i dint tackle the slope as fervently(?)
as when i did at last years cross country
