hi again!
i just updated
this is for the next trg though
haha


okay
latest trg was 28 dec
thursday!
weds we had fun loads and loads of fun!
training was in school as mr tay had a meeting
it was in the morn 0830-1100hrs



we ran one time 3k route for warm up
followed by another for time trial



oh no i forgot my timing
anybody rmbered?

anw i felt run was kinda relax
maybe cause there was nobody to lead
as adel and dhar went to toilet
sec 1s were great!
carolyn esp was sticking close to me
i thought it was huixin
and after awhile as she did not show any signs she was slowing down
i tried to shake her off
it worked!
but she said she had stomach ache
so yea..


after i attempted to shake her off
i felt i an maintain my pace at a faster speed
as in last time if i maintained my speed its like
lets say 10k/hr
now its like 11k/hr
smth like that
and i still had energy to push the last part
yay!



lets not compromise
train hard cause if u dont someone else will!



then we did 5 times of 60metres
all out
it felt very comfortable
even though it was all out
maybe it was the weather

and oh no its back to school
