hello!
sorry for late updates im busy busy!
hahah
so..

we had trg 26 dec instead of 25th
cause it was christmas!!
merry merry christmas!!
we had a very nice hohoho time

okay so training was at Bishan stadium
in the morning 0830-1030hrs
slept around 7 hrs
it was raining!!
as it had been days ago haha
and so we did staircase trg!!

we went up down up down up down
3 rounds
then rested 3 mins
that was one set

and we did 3 sets in total
one set was abt 9 mins

i thought it was quite good.
i managed well i think
cause i got huge buldging muscles on my calves!
yuck!
haha but they helped me this trg!
i felt it was alright.
dint have aches like the rest

actually i learn that once u let urself feel that ur tired,
admit that ur tired,
ur body really feels tired cause ur minds tells it so

soo...
do not give in to ur negative thought!
just keep going
it is tested and proven!
