training today at bishan stadium!!
we did the 6 rounds warm up again
started at 8.30am ended before 11.30am though
i dont know how long i slept cause i only rmb holding my bolster and heading into my room from the living room hee x)

i ate the pink colour rice cake thing this morn!
it tasted weird!

schedule today was 4 x 600m
you either go on 2mins to 2.15mins pace
or 2.15mins to 2.30mins pace
mine was kinda the first one
2.16mins
2.15mins
2.13mins
2.13mins

then we did long run along the canal to the bridge and back again!
abt 20 plus mins
we tried to keep together the first part then went on our own when turning back
debbie caught up with us!
yay! go debbie!
hahaha

i thought todays schedule was alright
i feel that my shoulders are a pain in the neck!
hahaha they are a chore to keep down!!
during the long run my toe hurt again..
if not for me losing the soles of my aasics shoes i wouldnt have worn the nike pairs :/
yuck its bad it makes my toe hurt!
anw i found my soles!
yay!

next training is in sch at 8 am
early early in the morning!!!
