today is 13 december!
its actually alr 14 tho haha but im updating on 13 december 2006's trg!
training was at bishan stadium, 8030hrs to 1130hrs and we did track work
:/
i dont like speed work but todays schedule was alright
3 x 1k

timings: 4.06 mins
4.15mins
4 mins

pace was 4.30mins
rest time 8 mins
we were supposed to keep constant for first two and do our best for the last one
we calculated timing for 4.8k time trial at macritchie
mine was 20.16mins!
the last time i ran it was 22.37 mins
i can do it!!!
yay!

i had 7 hrs of sleep last night
ching cheong fan and chrysenthemum for breakfast
i hereby rate todays trf 3/5!!
actually i dont rate accurately haha
i just give a number..

my problem is that i cant relax my shoulders !
i try to do the proper arm swing..
which i think is the dont-cross-ur-body kind of thingy
and to relax my shoulders but once i get tired..
it all goes back
another problem is also that my legs are weak or smth
when i think i cant go on anymore its not that im out of breathe but that my legs are tired..
mr chan asked this before
i forgot what his explanation was though((:
my strength.. hmm
i think my mentals kinda strong just that once in a while it gets hijacked
thats about all..
