hello!
training today!
it was at sch 8am in the morn!
early early!

it has been raining and raining and raining and raining and raining nonstop for 2 days!
but mr tay prayed so the weather was good today ((:

i slept erm 6hrs plus ytd
breakfast was just a pain piece of bread!

mommy dint wake up for me today
and i was late searching for my ...
i wanted to have honey stars!

we warmed up and had a longer run today
the one that we go out wan tho ave
pass opp macs
up to the bridge
back again
all the way to st andrews
and up back from wan tho again

we then came back
did 3 x 150m
3 x 20 step ups

i dont know why but i feel that todays trg, the long run i had this lazy to push feeling. its like no energy kinda feeling. i think i could have kept closer to zahrah and dharshini. i have a problem with my shoulders!!

okay thats about it.
