hello!
ive cleared my background so its easy peasy to load!!
esp for mr tay!!



FRIDAYS TIME TRIAL



we had the 4.8km time trial on friday at macritchie!
the terrible place for lilian!
but its getting better for her hahaha
jia you tayhuixin!



we arrived at 0830hrs and ended at ard 1130hrs
i ate cake for breakfast.. walnut cake i think
actually i forgot what i ate =x



i slept 6hrs :/
actually my mom dint want me to go trg
cause we came home from chalet late and i had cough
but i persevered!
haha like what mr chan told us to do :))
hes gone for surgery
pray for him!!

oh we had power gel!
i had choc flavour tastes really like choc
haha i dint feel it helped though
anw we had groups and i was in the last grp



my timing was 22.18
improved by 19 seconds only :/



the runs a challenge for me because of the slopes
i think the starting was too fast
even dharshini agrees
next time trial i'll try starting slower so i'll have energy to last faster in the end
yup thats generally my problem
i have to push harder for slopes up for the return run too
and sleep more(:
