hello!
im finally done!
but this is just for the time being untill claudia sends me our team photos!!

okay today ..

today we did a jog to
according to mr chan..
OUR GARDEN!!
and we did fart leg thr
40 secs stride
1 min jog
60secs stride
1 min jog
80 secs stride
1 min jog
100 secs stride
1 min jog
and repeat..
then we ran back to sch by the other way cause mr chan said

sit ups
back raisers
step ups

i think we dint cool down!
hahaha

i rate todays trg 3/5
when in the process of doing the schedule its tiring but when jogging the fatigue wears off
i must relax my shoulders!
